Fulfillment Policy

Trusted Services Now (TSN), a TexInspec company, sells monthly vendor membership subscriptions that include a listing on trustedservicesnow.com and, depending on tier, additional marketing entitlements (printed directory placement, equipment labels, and an annual inspector meet-and-greet).

Delivery. Website listings are activated upon payment confirmation and staff approval, typically within 2 business days. Print and in-person entitlements are scheduled by TSN staff and fulfilled on the printed directory's production cycle.

Cancellation. Memberships are month-to-month and may be canceled at any time by contacting us; cancellation stops future billing and the listing is removed at the end of the paid period.

Refunds. Charges for the current billing period are non-refundable except where required by law or at TSN's discretion for service failures. To request a refund or cancel, email clientcare@texinspec.com or call 817-265-5452.

Pricing. Current tier pricing is shown on the Get Listed page. Prices are in U.S. dollars and billed monthly via Stripe.
