By using trustedservicesnow.com you agree to these terms. The directory is provided by Trusted Services Now (TSN), a TexInspec company.

For homeowners. Vendor listings are paid memberships from companies TexInspec has worked with or vetted, but each vendor is an independent business. TSN and TexInspec are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any work you hire a vendor to perform. Always verify licensing and insurance for your project.

For vendors. Memberships are month-to-month, billed via Stripe, and governed by the tier entitlements shown at signup and our Fulfillment Policy. TSN may decline or remove any listing that doesn't meet our standards.

Liability. The site is provided "as is" without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law, TSN's liability is limited to amounts paid for the membership in the prior 12 months.
